2023 Public Service Announcements
Unicoi County high school students create an art billboard PSA on the dangers of Underage Drinking, Tobacco, Prescription Drugs, and Social Host law (parents providing alcohol to youth is illegal). Students can tie in the correlation of Substance Abuse use and Mental Health issues. PSA's will be judged and winners will have their PSA’s displayed on billboards in Unicoi County.
